General terms and conditions

Written, telephone or email bookings imply your acceptance of the general conditions.
An estimate is only valid for an order after it has been accepted by the customer and confirmed by Voyages Stevic.
The final programme must be communicated in advance with a precise departure time, meeting point, exact number of passengers, detailed description of the tour and schedules, special points, names and contact details with a telephone number of the person(s) in charge, and generally any element necessary for the proper implementation of the transport.

xx- Registration

When declared or registered by other transport participants, he or she is liable for their contractual obligations (in particular the payment of the transport price) in the same way as his or her own and incurs liability or that of his or her company.

xx- Services

Our services are based on the description of the transport according to the written agreement and the quotation.
Special requests only become part of the contract if they have been confirmed in writing and without reservation on our part.

Possible parking costs for the coach in Switzerland and the EU.
The meal costs for the driver are to be paid by the customer or in addition to CHF 30.00 on the offer. Meal costs are counted for a full day or evening arrangement.
For trips of one or more days, the hotel and accommodation for the driver is the responsibility of the client (half board) during the entire stay and tour.

xx- Geneva Airport

Parking fees at the car park for buses and minicars introduced by GVA in 2019 are not included in the transfer price, and will be invoiced separately according to the waiting time. (unless otherwise stated in our quotation)
Invoicing according to the current rates applied by GVA.
Bus Fr 20.00 - half an hour - Minibus Fr 15.00 - half an hour.
Parking fees are only for arrivals and waiting for customers.
No parking fees for quick removal.
Zurich Airport or Bern also charges according to the current rates.

In order to limit parking costs for waiting, we use the GVA application for tracking commercial flights. The vehicle enters the parking coaches after your aircraft has landed.
It is important to provide us with the flight number for arrival and departure for each transfer booking as well as a contact telephone number.

xx- Payment terms / Invoicing

Invoice for postal dispatch (surcharge of Fr 2.-)
Cash payment against receipt / invoice
Payment by credit card with secure PayPal system. (fees / 4% surcharge)
Payment must be made before departure or on the same day in cash before departure. 30-day payment on request (only for regular customers and partner companies)
A reminder fee of CHF 20 can be charged for the second reminder.

xx- Payment from abroad

For all payments outside Switzerland from the EU or the USA or other countries, please give clear instructions to your bank, so that the total amount indicated on the quote or invoice is transferred, without any exchange fees or shared fees.

If you cancel your reservation, a processing fee may be charged and will be calculated as follows.

xx - Cancellation

If the transport cannot take place for reasons of force majeure, the amount paid will be fully refunded. Any compensation compensation is excluded.

xx - Luggage

Our coaches and minibuses have spacious trunks to take them with you.
However, for practical reasons, it is necessary for each participant to reduce the amount of luggage as much as possible, namely 1 suitcase and 1 hand luggage per person.

xx - Cleaning and damage

A normal cleaning of the vehicle is included in the price of the estimate.
However, we reserve the right to charge additional costs for repairs or replacement of the equipment provided, for cleaning chewing gum or liquids spilled on the seats and for any damage inside or outside the vehicle.

xx - Prohibitions

It is strictly forbidden to smoke in vehicles
Pets are not allowed in vehicles
Alcohols and picnic indoors are only allowed on request

xx - Coffee / Minerals

A fridge and a coffee machine are available in our coaches.
Not included in the transport price (mineral water bottles Fr 1.- / coffee 2.- / soda and other Fr 2.-)

xx - Theft / loss

Voyages Stevic is not liable in the event of theft or loss of personal effects, whether inside or outside the vehicle during the entire transport.

xx - Note

In case of access problems with one of our coaches or minibuses at the locations indicated on your program, we decline all responsibility.

xx - Amplitude

If you intend or expect to exceed the return time previously indicated in the program, please inform us 24 hours before departure. If this results in a change of driver due to the exceeding of the legal amplitude according to the ORT, additional charges will be levied for the second driver. Otherwise, the driver will respect the mentioned and previously confirmed program.

xx - Overtime

The additional time available may be invoiced in addition to the amount of the quotation as follows.
